Example package:
An example of a package for one country (Sweden), using five consulting days spread out over an agreed period of time:
1) An online meeting to start the project and agree on an action plan plus timeframe.
2) Research to create a list of potential customers/distributors/cooperation partners in Sweden, including a brief summary of each company, a website link, key contact persons with their contact details.
3) Make initial contact on behalf of our client to introduce their business and their offering of products/services and gauge potential interest.
4) Arrange introductory meetings between the client and potential customers/partners, or put them in direct contact with each other - depending on the specific situation and what is needed to continue the discussion and establish connections.
Example optional extra days:
- Research to compile a brief overview report of the specific industry in Sweden and key competitors already operating there.
- Attend a Scandinavian exhibition/trade fair together with the client.
- Translate key marketing materials into Swedish.
