We create a bespoke package for each client.

The number of consulting days in a package depends on individual requirements, which includes factors such as: 

• interest in one, two, or all three Scandinavian markets;
• any translation work (into Swedish) required;
• if the research is to also include content such as a general industry/market overview, and information on competitors already established in the market;
• which standard features are needed and how long to spend on each one - for example, creating lists of prospective customers/partners, identifying key contacts and making contact with them.

Competitive pricing:

We charge per hour or consulting day, to create the most suitable package for each client - at very competitive rates.

Example package:

An example of a package for one country (Sweden), using five consulting days spread out over an agreed period of time:

1) An online meeting to start the project and agree on an action plan plus timeframe.

2) Research to create a list of potential customers/distributors/cooperation partners in Sweden, including a brief summary of each company, a website link, key contact persons with their contact details.

3) Make initial contact on behalf of our client to introduce their business and their offering of products/services and gauge potential interest. 

4) Arrange introductory meetings between the client and potential customers/partners, or put them in direct contact with each other - depending on the specific situation and what is needed to continue the discussion and establish connections.

Example optional extra days:

- Research to compile a brief overview report of the specific industry in Sweden and key competitors already operating there.

- Attend a Scandinavian exhibition/trade fair together with the client.

- Translate key marketing materials into Swedish.
